Payment methods

1. By Credit/Debit Card:

Product shipping

Products are shipped either by post or by courier – box for weights up to 5 kilos and by a shipping company for weights over 5 kilos. For orders outside Greece, products are shipped after consultation within seven to ten business days from payment of the order.

For orders weighing more than 2 kilos, the charge is €3.00 per additional kilo.

Cash on delivery payment applies to parcels weighing up to 5 kg.

The shipping fee is calculated and proposed on the order form. The customer has the option to select the type of document they wish to receive (retail receipt or invoice) by completing the corresponding field on the website.

Shipping cost

All shipping and packaging costs are calculated into the total amount of the shopping cart in the final payment amount.

Cancel order

Returns policy

Returned products are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt and must not be used, worn, altered or damaged and the labels accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it, along with the retail receipt or invoice. If the corresponding product you desire is not available, we will refund your money or the purchase amount of the specific product will be credited to your account and can be used on any new order you wish.
